I admittedly have been interested in the cargo bicycle/tricycle concept for an ambulance in the past, mostly from wondering what is the balance that they found works to mitigate risk of jostling patients in transit while maintaining a fast enough speed, especially when taking into account different road conditions, as could be common place in a rural community.

Very interesting, would you mind also linking this in !opencourselectures@slrpnk.net as to add it there?

I would love to see them do a follow-up eventually. Admittedly, this also reinforces the idea of a definition being formed fully of what Lunarpunk is, but that could be a podcast all on its own, lol.

This is interesting to listen to, because it shows that they, like many others, don't actually know what Lunarpunk is, or what it represents.

This is fascinating, I will look more into it.

I use ollas for irrigating my plants, both indoor on the balcony and in my house windows, and outdoors in the raised plant beds, and they work wonderfully for all of these reasons, and aren't plastic! I will always stand by how amazing they are!

Understood about the lamps, and single digits (Fahrenheit) is common here during the winters, so most certainly will I start planning for that. Thank you!

That sounds lovely, and I agree with seeing an inspiration board off ideas like that.

That makes a lot of sense, the idea of time together.

With the idea of pagers I had found myself thinking about LORA setups and the viability of using LORA for more use.

I am the same way as you. I learned about Solarpunk through someone who was Cyberpunk like I am, and it turned into the conversation that made me see it as all connected. Cyberpunk is what our world is becoming by those who are above us, closer and closer every day. Soon it will shift into Lunarpunk and Solarpunk as we push for the change of what we want.

Honestly the biggest way I would see it being used in a Solarpunk future would be the use of it as a community storage method.
