What a shame for those scientists. I hope they are able to leave Russia and continue collaborating internationally on their work. Maybe they can even come back to CERN if the establish residency in another country

 

Went on a trip to Northern Wisconsin last week and must have seen 8 different species of mushrooms on a single hike! Let me know if you’d like me to post some others :)

P.S. likely an Amanita? My buddy who is into mushrooms thought so, he also told me in the future I should try to get pictures of the gills.

High pH if possible lol. So weird how people focus on alkaline water. I promise, it doesn’t matter. I remember seeing an interview with Gwyneth Paltrow that she starts her day with alkaline water with some added…. Lemon juice 😂

Obviously a new face is gonna make the biggest difference

This paper is absolutely blowing me away. I’m so impressed at the work that went into getting this to function properly. This is the culmination of decades of research on cellular and genetic engineering and will open the door to so many exciting iterations and possibilities using the biological circuit they designed
