I was honestly surprised when I saw them. They must be so old but still operational. Was an interesting ride.

Don't know a lot about them but wikipedia is always a good place to start https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Trams_in_Rome.

Looks like an antique streetcar ate up a modern bus. The angular design and matte paint on the ends contrasts oddly with the rounded, glossy sides.
