- No hate speech, slurs, celebrating death, advocating violence, or abusive language. This will result in a ban. Usernames containing racist, or inappropriate slurs will be banned without warning

Not in a courtroom he isn't.
Courtroom isn't some self contained space. Everyone is aware of the consequences their actions will have outside of it.
Trump isn't in charge of anything at this point. He has no power, especially in a courtroom. He'll never willingly go on the stand because he knows that. Right now he's just doing the same shit he always does.
He can single handedly start a civil war. And before Jan 6 comments, that was him saying 'go peacefully protest'
