Would it be easier to cut power to the sprinkler on a timer?
There are also smart water valves that can be computer controlled, but IDK how deep you want to get into home automation.
Probably, yeah. The motion activation portion of the sprinkler takes two AA batteries, but with sufficient googling it'll be off to the races with my soldering iron lol. Thanks for checking y'all.
