For the sake of consistency they probably shouldn't grant an exception, but I would prefer if this rule didn't exist at all. Let teams take risks with young drivers, it's not like the grid would be full of 17 year olds if there wasn't an age limit.
I actually dont think the FIA will grant that. Which would mean that Antonelli can debut in August when he turns 18.

Ralf Schumacher, one of the most mediocre drivers in history, said Sargeant didn't deserve a seat in F1. Ralf is representing the kid.
