What? It's in 15th place based on the current rights but trans healthcare is terrible and right wingers are heavily pushing for discrimination and outlawing trans identies
15th out of over 200 is relatively good.
Such a score is very reductive, as both different rights and the culture around how trans people are seen are complicated and varied. There are many conservative countries where the laws around transitioning are lax, and vice versa f.ex. Also having a high rank when trans rights are kinda lacking globally doesn't say much.
