Pigeon would probably be happy to go home with random human if they provide food and shelter.

You don't even need to grab the pidgeon, just build a lil' tower with perches inside and toss some seeds next to it and you've got free pidgeons.

The government doesn't want you to know this but the pigeons in your park are free. You can take them home. I have already collected 3 of them.
