I couldn't find the specific episode, but based on the expected release year of the season (2014~5 or before), this should be one of the XY or at the earliest BW seasons.

I think Charmander and Squirtle were on the episode but not sure
If you got Charmander it's one of the earliest episodes of the first season, as it evolves to 'meleon and 'zard quite early (in episode 43). Perhaps episode 28?
