Linux
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Linux is a family of open source Unix-like operating systems based on the Linux kernel, an operating system kernel first released on September 17, 1991 by Linus Torvalds. Linux is typically packaged in a Linux distribution (or distro for short).
Distributions include the Linux kernel and supporting system software and libraries, many of which are provided by the GNU Project. Many Linux distributions use the word "Linux" in their name, but the Free Software Foundation uses the name GNU/Linux to emphasize the importance of GNU software, causing some controversy.

The original page https://ostechnix.com/how-to-test-a-package-without-installing-it-in-linux/ gave me errors, hence I went for the WayBackMachine copy. Maybe it is a problem at their side, and they will fix it later.
Don't use webview.
I was able to read it by clicking the stop button mid-refresh, but it took me a few tries.
Same in Jerboa. Extremely annoying.

Just becausr the install is independant and garbagre collectable doesnt mean its not installed.
What's wrong with nix-shell -p?
Very cool! Just like a distrobox but a little bit user friendly
