If you're emotionally invested in seeing out the Londo/G'Kar story arc, then it's worth suffering through the telepath storyline to get to.

It's not as good as seasons 3 or 4, but it's still good. Better than Andromeda or some other shows from the same era
andromeda had a nice premise but i never liked the fact that civilizations agreed so easily to rebuild the commonwealth
Season 5 follows the single episode format.
Did you notice that on every 50 minute episode, pretty much everything gets resolved 40 minutes in, then you have the last 10 minutes or so?
Season 5 is the seasonal equivalent of that last 10 minutes. :)
