Entirely Automated AI-Powered Balanced News Site

For the last few months our team has been working on an entirely automated AI-powered news site. I am excited to announce that v1.0 is finally being released. This version includes full coverage with every article generated from 2 left leaning, 2 right leaning, and 2 neutral sources. We have also added an anonymous commenting system for people to share their opinions freely. Our servers are now running 24/7 so that new articles appear as they happen! Let me know what you guys think, as well as any comments/concerns/questions you have!

How do you evaluate your news sources?

[–] neuraltimes@kbin.social 2 points 1 year ago

@atomicorange We use AllSidesMediaBiasChart

Oh yes, I foresee this going very well... Good luck.

I’d subscribe if you made a lemmy community where you set up a bot to automatically post every article.

This is absolutely excellent. What I’ve been looking for for years, honestly

Any chance of an RSS feed based on it? Or some form of open API?

[–] neuraltimes@kbin.social 4 points 1 year ago

@theory Thank you! Definitely possible in the near future. A lot of people have recommended an RSS feed.

I’ve been using a site called The Boring Report and liking it so far.

One thing I think might be a fun bonus feature would be to use AI to turn the neutral version back into something slanted to the user’s particular brand of crazy.

@neuraltimes is it checked if the articles are correct? Else this is nothing more than an automated troll farm, seeing how LLMs care more about a good looking story than what actually happened. Do have to say i like the art style

It seems very US-centric. Is that by design or due to the sources used?
