Rules:

Trolling is uncivil and is grounds for removal and/or a community ban.
  4. No memes, trolling, or low-effort comments. Reposts, misinformation, off-topic, trolling, or offensive.
  5. Vote based on comment quality, not agreement. This community aims to foster discussion; please reward people for putting effort into articulating their viewpoint, even if you disagree with it.
  6. No hate speech, slurs, celebrating death, advocating violence, or abusive language. This will result in a ban. Usernames containing racist, or inappropriate slurs will be banned without warning

We ask that the users report any comment or post that violate the rules, to use critical thinking when reading, posting or commenting. Users that post off-topic spam, advocate violence, have multiple comments or posts removed, weaponize reports or violate the code of conduct will be banned.

That’s putting the cart before the horse. The media and democrats love him because it makes their jobs easier. He is here because the US is structured in a way that rewards his type of behavior

This was originally reported and removed for being from 2016.

Politics does not have the same 30 day recency rule that World News does, and the mod who removed it mods both (like I do!) and likely got confused (which I've also done!)

Restoring the post for now even though it's not relevant in 2024 like it was in 2016.

Trump IS being elevated, but by the media, not the Democrats. Trump was great for ad revenue in 2016 and 2020, and you really don't need to look much further than that.
