If charges are brought up this will be the first time someone Caucasian or Arab has been prosecuted by that court.

I still think this is a conversation worth having that the ICC has been selectively blind for a while now. Awful shit happens in places that are not Africa and the court riskes losing its legitimacy if it does not look beyond one place. International means earth not a very small region of earth.

Ideally I would like them to start building a case about North Korea after this.
