Damn that's crazy. Been playing Fifa for a million years. I wonder if the game is gonna change significantly or just the title?

So is it the same thing without the word FIFA anywhere? As in they licensed the teams and the stadiums the same way they did before?

Yes, those are licensed separately, this is purely just the name of the game.
