Hi!

I often walk in the woods or out doing fly fishing. I really like to see birds birding around. I now want some binoculars. I tried swarovski binoculars and they are extremely good vs my gas station grade binoculars. Is there cheaper and good options?

Celestron makes good gear in the lower/middle price range.

Celestron – Nature DX 8x42 - about $150
Celestron – Outland X 8x42 - about $80
Celestron – Outland X 8x25 - about $50

Vortex Diamondback is decent and affordable, and comes with a lifetime warranty. Or Viper HD if you want to spend a bit more.

Something small from Oberwerk is potentially a good choice too.
