With SEO ruining search engines I thought this would be an interesting question.

YES! When I became vegetarian I wanted to do it responsibly so I tried to google all the information about proteins. I have learn that there like 8 types of proteins that human body don't produce and we need them from the outside source, usually that source beeing animal meat. So I tried to find any informtions about suplementation of those specific proteins in plant based diet but I field. Now I just eggs as a way to suplement but curiosity sometimes bugs me to this day.

I have been vegan since 2018 I find as long as I pay attention to my b12 and iron intake I am all good. What proteins specifically are you trying to find? I might be able to help.

I've looked for an 8 track demo cassette from GMC back in the early 70s that had a particular song on it. I've looked off and on for over 5 years at least... most recently last week. Still nothing.

Do you know the name of the song or the lyrics? Also do you remember what was on the cover? I can try and find it though you might have more luck in the lost media communties.

Sweet of you to offer. It was I believe a cover instrumental of Tonight from west side story. I don't recall the cover of the 8 track itself. It came with a new gmc van in the early 70s. My dad worked for the dealer in town, drove the van home to show us and it was a factory sampler 8 track cassette. I've found many online but not that particular one, nor that particular cover version of the tune. Just odd, as most things I search for I can find.
