WinDirStat A lightweight windows application that does exactly what you're looking for, I use it occasionally to see what's taking up all my space. It's got a visual aspect as well so you can see in perspective how muck space certain file types are taking.

TreeSize is a great little tool for that.

I like Filelight. Easy to use, with a simple user interface. And it’s free software.

I use the Linux version, but there’s also a Windows version, available on Microsoft Store.

WizTree is pretty good. I've been using it for years.
