Yeah...the twenty year olds are depressed. That isn't an indication of a mental health problem, that is an indication of an accurate understanding of the current world.

People in charge don't care...

Apparently many of them getting drunk/high to cope too, except their issue is that Elon is richer. We are all in this together, you know.

But how dare the working class let off a little steam and buy weed, alcohol, coffee, whatever to relax. Then they’re just not appropriating their funds properly. I know it’s ridiculous, but I’ve heard it so much that I have to stop myself from feeling bad about my weekly latte. God forbid I spend $6 on a latte that equates to the same portion of my money as $250,000 to go down in a tin can to the titanic to see it on a tiny tv screen.

One of the best decisions I ever made for my sanity was joining the great resignation.

80% of our days? 🤔

A year has 365 days. 80% of 365 = 292.

If you work a full time job, 5 days a week, 52 weeks a year, that's "only" 260 days. Assuming no holidays or vacation days. 71.23% of days.

Maybe they meant hours? No, that can't be right... 365x24 = 8,760 hours a year. If you work 8 hour days, 260 days a year that's 2,080 hours or 23.74% of available time...

In order to be working "80% of your days" that would be 292 / 52 = 5.62 days per week. So an extra half day a week, every week for a year, with no time off other than weekends.

Maybe they just pulled a percentage. 80% is close to the numbers you have calculated.

And be it 70% or 80%, the point still stands.
