I recently found this channel called The Thought Spot, and thought you might find this interesting too. There are also many other great videos on the channel.

I don’t often listen to YouTube videos, but I was able to sit through all of this one. At the age of 60, I am just starting to explore the possibility of being autistic. Irene nails exactly what my inner life is like. I’ve always felt like I am weak or lazy because I don’t do as many chores/events/hobbies as those around me, but Irene nails the sheer exhaustion I feel after a day at work. By the time I get home I just can’t process anything else. Maybe I’m not a lazy bum, I’m just neurospicy and overwhelmed!

Just living is exhausting. It's hard to imagine that for some people, life is actually pretty easy. So much I wish I could do.
