Thank you!I Air Fried a whole chicken and reserved all the drippings. The seasonings on the chicken were paprika rosemary garlic and some other stuff. We ate half the chicken and I took the meat off the rest of it and saved the bones. The broth was made using the carcass as well as a few carrots and celery. I didn't have onions so I used a little onion powder. Also bay leaf and whole peppercorns. I cooked it for half the day, strained it and made the soup adjusting for taste then.
