There’s this chicken fried rice frozen meal that I get a lot. It says it serves 2-3 people. There’s no way that’s true. I’ll eat two of them and still be hungry

Have you considered that you're actually just 4-6 people?

In a trench coat?

Our small packaged rice says each is meant for 4 people. Bitch, I scarf that shit down like pudding in minutes on my own.

Same with any Chinese food from grocers.

Maybe I am just a fat man in a skinny body.

I've literally seen a jucebox that had 3 servings. It was a normal sized juicebox

Would love to have a proper 3 serving juice box.

Those serving sizes are ridiculous, they divide them up smaller to try & trick people who don’t read carefully into thinking that the package is less bad for you (carbs, sugar, fats, calories) than it actually is 😤

This euro flavored meme reminded me that they renamed this character for the US to Sir Tophamm Hatt and never refer to him as the Fat Controller.

The concept of servings should just be removed, and be replaced with a standard Nutrients per 100g (or whatever you Americans feel is equivalent. Three ounces or something, I don't know). We do nutrients per 100g in Sweden, and it's far better.

I like serving sizes when they're actually accurate, but too often companies screw the numbers to make their products seem better in some way

"Serves 3"

No, serves me

Family Size? You mean Me size.

Can we make it one with two krazy straws?

[–] Zana@startrek.website 1 points 1 year ago

Hell yeah we can!
