Just buy a safety razor and throw everything else away.

Right? For everyone not just trimming the beard this is the way. I just switched to a safety razor recently and it's a much better solution. Cheaper, more sustainable, less skin irritation (once you find the right blade for you).
...and for those who are trimming their beard, hair clippers that plug into the wall are just fine.
💯
Unless you dont have power sockets in your bathroom.
Who shaves the inner third of their mustache first?
You gotta remove the Hitler first thing, just in case.
I mean... What shitty shaver doesn't work while being plugged.
My Braun from 1999 didn't work plugged in. Would only charge. So maybe there's some out there?
Oh I am sure that some exist... but I feel people should stop buying them.
A kid in my high school shaved just half of his face to be funny.
He got sent home for it, but it was dumb because it was hardly noticeable. I think the only reason he got sent home is because he wouldn’t stop talking about it.
And that's why I have an electric shaver that can work with a power adapter even when the battery is empty.
I have had not one, but two power outages during haircuts. My wife usually does them at home, and on two occasions now, I've had to have half a haircut for a bit. We all had a good laugh.
Once was weather related. The other was a car which took out an upstream power pole.
Charge the battery before you shave. Simple.
Been doing this for 15 years with the same shaver, it's not ruined the battery yet.
