I made adapters for my wall planters with a drip tray and a grow light attachment so that I could mount them in one of the darker rooms in my house.

For decoration yes, but to finish the plant cannabis require much more room for its roots and requires much more light, as well as 12 hrs of darkness during its flowering period. It'd would only get so far before it started dying, probably from "damping off" in the rootzone.
