The issue is actually based on which theme you selected before enabling System theme. The developer said the bug is fixed in the next build. Iโm not sure if that build is out yet or not. So maybe itโs fixed in the next build :)
Memmy - An iOS client for Lemmy
Didnโt get a chance to put a new build out last night, so today at some point it should be fixed
๐ straight from the mouth of babes! Thanks for the break neck speed youโre going with this! Do take a break soon tho ๐ฅฒ๐
Absolute boss. Thanks for the update!
I just updated to 0.1.0 (2)! The bug is still present. Was the fix supposed to be included in this build?
The builds for a little messed up and we temporarily couldnโt sign them. The next build should have this fix!
Ahh okay! I will be patient ๐๐
Just updated to the latest build! The fix is in! And the new dark and teal theme is amazing ๐ thank you! ๐
Oh thank you for this! I will eagerly await the next build release. With bated breath.
It's a secret nefarious feature to keep you sucked in, just like how there's no clocks in casino's :p
From what I can tell, it seems to be an issue if you turn on the system theme setting. I was able to get my status bar back by turning off that setting.
Exact opposite for me. Works in light mode but not in dark mode.
I was about to say itโs a weird light mode glitch because time is there in dark, but actually I can see the top bar in light too.
Which version are you on? App Store or TestFlight? Iโm on the beta and itโs correct for me so maybe it was one of the bugs fixed between submission to the App Store and approval and the update is going to be pushed soon to fix.
I installed from appstore, and looks the same
Hmm maybe try and force close and reopen the app? This seems like a bug.
