They need to do that otherwise things get crushed. Things like the hopes and dreams of the ceo buying a second yacht.

lemmy.world has broken me, I glanced and the thumbnail and thought "it's full of goddamn beans isn't it"

[–] BurnTheRight@kbin.social 23 points 1 year ago

This is why I stopped eating Fried Foreskins. They're delicious, but it's too easy to empty my sack.

[–] cybervseas@lemmy.world 18 points 1 year ago

I'd be upset if I opened a bag of chips and got calamari, too…

[–] NotSpez@lemm.ee 8 points 1 year ago (1 children)

That’s why I prefer beans.

Why not both?

Oh, I see images in comments don't come across to lemmy. https://media.kbin.life/e9/37/e93745c48603398e14f513ba41b3de0587ee3e4dac7ce81f3430b0749b261a52.jpg it was this.!

Product is sold by weight. Some settling during package and handling may occur. You can be assured of the proper weight regardless of settling.

Enjoy your 6 cornrings.

[–] ecoboy@lemmy.world 2 points 1 year ago

I was able to eat it in one go.

[–] RestrictedAccount@kbin.social 8 points 1 year ago

I think you mean a Big Bag “O” Chips

[–] Cevilia@lemmy.blahaj.zone 8 points 1 year ago

I believe this is what's euphemistically called "Non Functional Slack Fill".

Should be illegal.

[–] AnonymousLlama@kbin.social 7 points 1 year ago

Should be punishable by lashes proving that little amount of chips!

[–] PahdyGnome@lemmy.world 6 points 1 year ago

I also struggle not to eat almost all of them the moment they're opened. Stay strong! Self restraint comes with practise.

[–] Chariotwheel@kbin.social 5 points 1 year ago

Okay, but wouldn't you notice the weight at this point at the point of purchase?

[–] martinbasic@lemmy.world 5 points 1 year ago (1 children)

Ingredients: 70% air, 30% chips...

[–] johnthebeboptist@lemmy.world 3 points 1 year ago

No way, where are you from? Over here it's 50% farts, 30% air, 20% chips.

[–] aslaii@lemmy.world 3 points 1 year ago

It's like someone just grabbed a handful of that chips and stuck it in there. Lmao

[–] DrOakfield@lemmy.sdf.org 3 points 1 year ago

I know the feeling, happens to every bag of chips I open.

[–] scarabic@lemmy.world 2 points 1 year ago

“Settling may occur during shipment.” 😂

[–] Popsip@pawb.social 2 points 1 year ago

This is what made me start gently shaking bagged snacks before thinking about buying and avoid getting them from vending machines.

[–] talkingcat@lemmy.world 1 points 1 year ago

I see you got a bag of cheese holes

[–] PasswordIsTaco@infosec.pub 1 points 1 year ago

I, too, do not like eating cylinder shaped chips
