Monthly check in post! The last one was poorly worded. I just want to know what people have been playing on general, as far as strategy games.

Freecol. Needed something to unwind and sometimes even AoE2 can be too demanding. So optimising trade routes and production in my towns washes out daily stress nicely. Also Xenonauts, but ground combat can be a hassle.

Haven't played Freecol in ages, but I remember it being pretty true to the original Colonization. Eventually I picked up a Civ 4 bundle that had the Colonization 2 spin off in it. It kinda sucks without at least the mod The Authentic Colonization, but once you have that it's pretty good. There's more involved mods that use it as a base, but I haven't tried them.
