Someone I knew called things like green beans "squeaky".

Hmm I don't mind walking in snow but I know what your talking about. Especially with the green beans,it's kinda rubbery almost. No idea what it's called though. It's probably related to what ever the phobia/ism is that doesn't like the feeling/sound of nails on a chalk board. 🤔
For those of us who grew up around chalk boards, it's "fingernails on a chalk board".
Or grinding wool between your front teeth; every example so far has made me grimace.
I don't know but in all seriousness I'd suspect there is a German word for it.

I'm luckily immune to that feeling. My partner can't be in the same room as I do it. I'm also the designated "remover of objects from styrofoam packaging" person.
I couldn't find any to describe that specifically, but I remembered a word for the feeling when you're trying to brush your hair and some stick to the brush so they're getting pulled along, not necessarily ripped out though. "Ziepen"
Sounds like misophonia for touch instead of sounds.
