Why is Stephen's name so big on the cover, who actually wrote it? It should just say "Stephen King presents" in small font

I've been traveling for the last month or so and I'll be returning home today. I was too busy with packing to read in the last two days but I'm planning on reading on the bus/airport/plane. Currently waiting for the bus to start for the airport.
