App for location based reminders/alarms?

I'm looking for a nice app that can trigger reminders or alarms when I reach a certain location or connect to a certain wifi network.

I tried "Wifi Reminders" on #FDroid
https://f-droid.org/packages/ru.glesik.wifireminders/ but it didn't work.

Ideally, it should be either open source or a one time purchase.

Thank you for any tips.

Google Assistant will do this. You just need to say something like "Remind me to fold the laundry when I get home".

I use Tasker for that. I have reminders set up for when I arrive at work, when I leave work, when I get home, after I've been home for a while, and lots of other locations too. You can find tune the location. I have some set to a broad area. I have one that is just triggered when I'm in my driveway.

Thank you for all the suggestions everyone, I found out that the #OpenSource https://tasks.org app that I already use supports this feature!

For only location, Google Keep has it, but I don't know if it's reliable. I mean, I use also use the home-assistant app, and it's not always right about my location.

For a long time I used ifttt but I stopped using it when they severely crippled free accounts. If you're willing to fiddle around a bit, you can try automate, which is extremely versatile but has a bit of a learning curve. Play store link

@CaptainLemmit Thank you for the suggestion. It says it has In-App purchases, is there a subscription?

They offer a one time purchase for "premium" (I don't remember the price because I purchased ages ago using play store credit I got from surveys mainly to support the devs). Here's what the documentation says about it:

Free edition The free edition only has a single limitation, a maximum of 30 running blocks, that could be 15 running flows with two blocks, or a single running flow with 30 blocks. Unused/unconnected blocks within a flow are also counted. There’s no limit on inactive flows stored on the device. All features can be used with or without Premium purchase (if supported by device).
