I'm guessing that's what The last Ronin is going for. It's supposed to be a god of war/Arkham style game. Won't be classic Ninja turtles though, since the story takes place in the future when there's only one turtle left alive and he's trying to finish his family's mission. The graphic novel it's based on is pretty cool.
