I do wonder where the blame lies for the team performance. Was it Steiner holding them back, was it Gene not investing the way Steiner thought he should, was it both?
Other things I've read were basically that exact argument, Gene said they should be doing better with what they have, Guenther said they've been doing better than the investments and choices from above allow
I guess we will see who was right this year.
Will this change lead to different strategies that allow them to score more points? Or will the shoestring budget they seem to run the team on keep holding them back?
I like Steiner as a person, but he probably should have been removed from his position during the Rich Energy debacle.
