Prepare for the coming tarmac-melting weather by making homemade clotted cream ice-cream.
Use it in a curry! Especially for something like Butter Chicken. Once you've got to the stage of making the gravy, add your clotted cream and let it cook down with all the spices. Adds a wonderful buttery element to the curry.
More scones. Or make ice cream.
A good film, a spoon and some shame to bury deep, deep down beneath all that delicious cream.
It works well.in savory meals too so soups and steak source to creamy curries

Clotted cream freezes no problem. Just pop it in the freezer until the strawberries are ready.
