I wish any of the apps would implement this, if they can display a "default" page for logged out users, then it certainly has to be possible.
Jerboa
Jerboa is a native-android client for Lemmy, built using the native android framework, Jetpack Compose.
Warning: You can submit issues, but between Lemmy and lemmy-ui, I probably won't have too much time to work on them. Learn jetpack compose like I did if you want to help make this app better.

Contact
If you're registered at those other instances, you can create another profile(s) in Jerboa that connects to them, and then using that profile, browse by Local, I suppose.
I'm registered at both lemmy.cafe and lemmy.ca, and have profiles for both registrations in Jerboa.
Otherwise, if you're registered only with Beehaw, I believe the answer is, "no, not in Jerboa, just with your device's normal web browser."
I am registered with both, but that kind of defeats the point of being federated, right? Certainly, it works for now as a stop-gap solution. (I do of course appreciate how early in development everything is). It would be interesting to know if there is appetite for that as a feature.
