You need a place for the help when you drive through the rubble after the apocalypse.
They are powered by Elon's massive ego exclusively and as such don't require any polluting fuel or rare earth metals. The future is finally here
Iterative design is great. No windows at all as they have clearly been nothing but problematic.
The problem with self driving cars is that you have to watch them plow into pedestrians. No windows no problem!
Cyberrust
They could use one of those corten type steel alloys that develop a protective rust patina so it looks hideously rusty, but isn't actually losing strength.
It's gonna get stuck on the first sand dune it tries to go over
Nah, it'll do 0-60 in 1.9s, but it won't have the range to get you to Tosche Station, and you have to take it there for servicing, because Tesla will brick it if you replace the power converters yourself.
I wonder if the cybertruck isn't just a halo model. Something to grab attention, that few people will actually ever (be able to or choose to) buy.
A bit like how everyone thinks the gullwing doors on the Model X are really cool, but ultimately almost everyone ends up buying the model Y, which is a stylistically boring, dated, but practical crossover SUV.
Well, yeah the X is also insanely expensive with fairly limited benefits over the Y.
Cybertruck got a lot of attention as the first EV truck when it was announced, and early adopters loved the unique features promised. But it is awfully different and truck buyers are conservative. EV early adopters have many other choices and probably less use for a truck. I’m excited about the idea and was even more excited when it was announced, but not for me. I’m less excited about the prospects in general and hope writing off that development doesn’t hurt Tesla too much
Utinni!
Ubb! Wewoww :)
OMG! my cyberbus stole my cp3 personal assistance bot.
Cyberbus or CyberSUV.
Honestly if they made a normal Tesla pickup truck and then a few limited edition cyber trucks for some massive amount of money I think it would have worked out really well.
Like imagine if the average person couldn't buy a cyber truck but they gave Keanu Reeves one as a Cyberpunk 2077 tie in. The Internet would go absolutely insane.
Cyberpunks cars look way better though.
Try a PS1 title.
