I suspect most economy rice shops have a scale on standby in case got difficult customers like this haha
Café
Welcome to our virtual third place, The Café.
Come on in and make a new human connection over a cup of coffee (or Teh Tarik). This is a casual community, do whatever you want, share your oyen pics, your frustrations, and even organize a weekend picnic with the community. The world is your oyster.
Rules are simple, be kind and civil with each other. As with any other café, rude patrons will be kicked out.
Perhaps if they count by the piece he would be charged more.
But I wonder if they weigh the entire plate, how does the calculation go? Or they pick out only the meat and weigh them?
Pick out meat piece by piece. I'm serious! 😂
Fair game. Tbh pricing for economy rice can be opaque, and by law they should have a price list for each dish they serve. I just don't see the point of having a scale on standby haha.
Walao, take many meat but still wanna argue expensive.
Somehow reminded me of Nasi Kambing 40 Hari in Johor, where they weighed absolutely everything including the rice, for every customer, though I guess this is for a different reason.
