Starting 2 or 3 days ago I started getting daily summary emails from Reddit of activities in my subscribed subreddits. Did anybody else start getting these all of a sudden? Did I trigger something wit (kbin.social)

I had this start up out of the blue a few months ago but I don't know what triggered it.
