Capitalist governments doing capitalism. It's ridiculous to think that climate change was going to be fixed by consolidating the power of the people who caused it.

Yeah classic dictators learned America will let you do whatever you want if you play capitalist ball. You don’t need to be a democracy. Hell, America doesn’t believe in democracy. America is for sale.
