How would you connect the m.2 drive? USB via an external enclosure?
As long as you're not trying to do any transcoding, you could run all this on a pi 4. I'd recommend 4 GB minimum if you're running a stack of arrs, just in case you want to add more to it.
You'd have to use a USB enclosure for the SSD.
