Can you rename a community after creating it? (lemmy.studio)

I have been trying to find this out online but have not found the answer. Have been thinking to start a DAW related one on here to help build it up and because why not.

But I did find one or two on other instances. So I was thinking of differentiating it with the name but want to know if I could change it in the future.

I'm pretty sure that the warning "If you deselect Undetermined..." is a bug, the message shouldn't be there.

My understanding is that the warning should only show up when you're selecting the languages in your settings. Those languages determine what content you see, and because most time people don't specify the language of their posts and comments, if you have "undetermined" unselected you won't see that content.

My guess as a software engineer is that the widget for language selection is reused in different places, like when choosing the languages of a community. And the warning that was added to the user settings page ended up showing everywhere the widget is used.

In the mean time I have decided to just try it and that answered my own question:

You can not change the name, but there is a display name that you can change

So I started the 'Bitwig Learning Corner', a Bitwig community focused on learning the program for people coming from other DAWs (at least for now)

But decided to keep the community name just 'bitwig' since it can not be changed later.
