Sounds as if its stress induced. Might wanna do some relaxing activities and stuff. Maybe you should see what works?

I just skip school when I don’t get any sleep so it’s much less of a problem, also you maybe right, the stress of having to forcefully sleep just kinda amplifies the issue

Hm. If that works for you and your necessary hours you have to out in then there is less of a problem. For the long run you might consider Psychotherapy or autonomic training(?). Or Yoga Nidra. Meditation basically. Works wonders for some.

Lot of good suggestions here so I'll add mine to the pile. I meditate when I have trouble sleeping. It doesn't always work but it works most of the time for me. And best of all it's free.

It will go away if you remove the labels from the sleeve and the stitch from the vent
