"Fixer-upper" my patoot! It was built only 37 years ago and hasn't been vacant all that long. What did Ms Baker do, leave the tub running? Maybe she left the windows open? Forgot to empty the fridge? Look at that view! I'm taking up a collection to buy. All donors are invited to the housewarming for a beer.
