How is it? Do you know how it compares to Fenders/Gibsons/etc.?

I've been eyeing that myself, but no one around here has it in stock to demo.

It's really great. Definitely a full on replacement for a Gibson 2HB guitar of pretty much any sort. The weight is less than 7lbs, 11.5oz on this one. The craftsmanship is absolutely immaculate. The RSE version also has a push/pull knob that brightens up the tone quite a bit, especially in the bridge position, which is my favorite way to play it (again, more of a single coil guy here).

Definitely listen to some sound demos. But if you're worried about the overall feel of the guitar in your hands, I don't think you'll be disappointed, unless you like super chunky necks (more of a modern C profile)
