I dont like Rick Berman especially since he's homophobia. That being said I really dont like Alex Kurtzman.

Not exactly news, but he is an homophobic misogynist who systematically sexually harassed actresses in particular and harassed all workers around him in general. And on top of that he's responsible for Star Trek Enterprise's intro.
