You don't need to write anything in the post body on Lemmy. No need to say title.
Same. At first I was all ooh auto refresh, but now I'd rather have static like I was used to.
I imagine this would be a shitshow in comments once you get over a certain size too.
I noticed this as well, it makes the web app almost unusable when sorting by all.
It doesn't happen on the mobile app (Jerboa) tho.
It is very mathy but here's the algo they use to rank content: https://join-lemmy.org/docs/en/contributors/07-ranking-algo.html
Might explain a bit of why things are at certain places for a time.
This is a bug that has existed for a while. You can go to GitHub and upvote the relevant issue.
Go to settings - Sort type - choose Hot (or anything other than active)
