Sounds like they don't actually have a case as they aren't using YouTube's API and haven't agreed to anything. I'm sure Google finds a way to screw them regardless, but I'll keep my hopes up for now

Judging by the thread over on their GitHub, I don't know if they'll actually close down in 7 days. Let's see.
Sounds like they're not going away yet. But if youtube really manages to shut it down.. that's going to cure my youtube addiction.
