Only happens if you do it wrong. The pain is also not in your ass but rather so in your upper thighs. Sitting on them can sting similar to exercising too much

It's a straight meme thing. In my 15 years of gay career it never happened.
I don't really think it's a thing, I don't fuck people but I use dildos and the closest thing to this I've gotten is glute cramps after having a really big plug in a really long time
