So, for those who have played already: how is it?
I'm hearing a lot of negativity around the release, and I find it pretty weird

My goal is just to have a community where people can go and see what new game news is out for the day and comment on it.

TLDR from the creators I watched is that it's good but has some issues that mostly seem minor and fixable to me.
The only thing that's disappointing for me is lack of ~~steak~~ steam workshop support but overall I'm still pretty excited to get my hands on the game.
EDIT: Just watched another video with someone having massive performance problems with the game. The last video I watched said it wasn't really a problem for them or others even with a bit of an older system but it seems like more of a YMMV situation unfortunately.
I absolutely love the steak workshop. I can order any cut of steak, however I want it cooked, whenever. Absolutely brilliant service!🥩
Now I'm hungry and disappointed at the lack of both steak and steam workshops.
The IGN review seemed quite tough on the title. Apparently terraforming is required in order to create aesthetically pleasing cities; you need to build on perfectly flat land, or else your buildings will warp and look terrible.
As someone who really enjoyed getting down to street level to see how things looked from the citizens' perspective, this sucks. It's not a deal-breaker though and on Gamepass I could see myself picking it up and giving it a try
Also interested in this question. I was so excited for it until the developer statement about performance issues....
Sounds like it depends on your pcs specs how it is
Outside of Baldur's Gate, which people seem to forget was in Early Access for quite some time, what release has NOT had a lot of negativity?
It's a fucking hobby for some people.
