Honestly, I'm super confused as to how thirsty crops became the agriculture of California. Like, surely it would have made more sense to send the less-thirsty crops to California and used the mid/northwest for them instead, right? Like, use Montana, Minnesota, Wyoming or Idaho for the thirsty boys and send the 'taters to California.
I wonder. Since the state of California is a legal entity, could you mail the state a letter like this?
I mean I always address my letters to the North Pole and they always get there
