I didn't watch that game till late last night on replay. Saw that Denver was in the hot sun most of the game and I recall heat being an issue on the visitor's sidelines at that stadium, that it gets up to or over 100F when the regular temp is in the 80s. I wonder if Broncos weren't prepared for that and just wilted in that Miami heat. Peyton & training staff should have prepared team for it so it's on them. Miami has the climate advantage like Buffalo has in December/January.

Except Denver has been melting down for a year now. Something is not right in that locker room.

Probably some part of it, but I doubt they win at in Denver, let alone a neutral site. The heat difference is not giving the Dolphins a 50 point advantage. And like you said, they knew about it going in, it’s been talked about extensively in the early part of the season the last few years.

Personally I’m all for it, home advantage has been shrinking in pretty much all sports lately so anything that gives the home team a slight edge is more fun in my book.

I don't think they win in Denver either. I don't think the margin would've been as big as this if heat wasn't a factor. I could see a 45-20 or 50-20 score instead.

It was actually mentioned during the broadcast that Denver spent a few extra days in Miami before the game trying to get acclimated. Whether that was successful or not might not be knowable, but there was an attempt.

The Bills had that exact problem last year. Except they outplayed the Dolphins for the first half. By halfway through the third quarter, you could see the 95 degree temps and the sun had absolutely drained many of the Bills. And by the fourth quarter, the heat helped to win the game. This has been a problem so long that even Wikipedia acknowledges that the Dolphins used to never have 1pm starts due to heat problems on the north side. Why they've restarted this is beyond me.

No one should play a game in Miami at 1pm in September unless the Dolphins fix their old stadium or build a new one.

The Bills played in that stadium in the same exact conditions (with 1 degree and same humidity) the year prior and kicked the shit out of the Dolphins. They lost, get over it.

And no one should play a game in the bills stadium until they build a new one with a roof for the snow. Oh they are building a new one? And they're still not building a roof? Interesting.

And sorry NY taxpayers, your roads and schools will have to wait.

I swear, Bills fans are the biggest cry babies. It's been a year and they still cry about losing a close division game. Can't accept that they were outplayed, it's always gotta be something else's fault. Let's completely ignore the fact that the Bills won in the same conditions the year before 35-0

Bad analogy. Snow affects all players at the bills stadium. From the sound of it at the dolphins stadium this issue moreso impacts the visiting team.
